We actually live at Summer House several months a year and we know our friends and neighbors whose units are listed here along with our own personal unit.  We are not a big corporation, in fact we are not a corporation at all. 

We are just living men and women who wish to share own homes with quality families who will love and respect our beach homes as much as our own families.

We will provide you detailed, current advise on where to eat, things to do, and how to make the days you have in Orange Beach the absolute best!

Our cleaning is done by local Alabama families who work hard and care too.

We choose luxury towels, high thread count sheets, and provide our guests the same experience we owners get when we arrive at our units.

While you are booking directly from the owners coop, your interaction will be with Carrie and Paul as your hosts.  

We've hosted over 300 guests so far since 2020.  We look forward to hosting your family too!
